Booking Guidelines
- Juniors 16 & younger must be accompanied by an adult unless you have received staff approval
- Reserve online or in-club with a valid credit card. Reservations are paid at time of booking.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and get set up.
- Sessions start and end at the scheduled time.
- Players are responsible for safe, proper use of equipment.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel or reschedule through the booking portal 2 or more hours before your reservation
- If within 2 hours please call 319-310-7234
- NO-SHOWS will be charged in full.

FAQ
How do simulator bay rentals work?
You reserve a bay for a set period of time. Each bay is booked per hour, per bay—not per person. Up to 4 players are recommended for the best pace of play.
What’s included in my rental?
- Exclusive use of a TrackMan Bay or the Tour Putt Center depending on your booking
- Use of the general putting area is included in a simulator or Tour Putt Center rental
- Climate-controlled indoor hitting space
- Full data feedback (ball + club metrics, video tools) depending on bay type
Access to tees, alignment aids, and training tools
Can beginners rent a bay?
Absolutely. Our simulators are designed for all skill levels—beginners to advanced players. If you’re new to simulators, staff can help you get started. At this time we currently do not offer rental clubs.
How many people can use a bay at once?
We recommend 1–4 players per bay for optimal play time.
What golf balls can I use?
For accuracy and screen protection, only brand-new, unmarked, unscuffed balls are allowed.
This means:
- No Sharpie or pen markings
- No scuffed covers
- No range balls
No worn or damaged balls
New balls are available for purchase if needed.
Can I bring my own clubs?
Yes! Please make sure clubfaces are clean before your session to protect simulator screens and sensors.
Is rental equipment available?
We currently do not offer rental clubs.
Can kids use the simulators?
Yes, juniors are welcome. For safety, juniors 16 & younger must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Can I use the putting area without renting a simulator?
Yes. The Tour Putt Center and putting areas can be booked separately by the hour at posted rates.
Do you offer coaching in the simulators or putting area?
Yes, private lessons, TPI assessments, and putting evaluations can be scheduled. Coaching availability may vary by day and season. Please see our coaching page.
What should I wear?
Golf or athletic shoes only.
No metal spikes are allowed. Avoid muddy or wet footwear. A change of clean shoes is preferred.
Are food and drinks allowed?
Beverages are allowed but must stay off the hitting mat and away from electronics and away from the computers and sensors. At this time we do not allow for any alcohol. Food is permitted only in designated lounge areas.
Can I play full-course rounds?
Yes. TrackMan bays offer a full library of over 350 world-class courses.
Most groups require around 1 hour per player for 18 holes.
