About

Dillon Baker is a PGA Professional, TPI-certified coach, and the founder of the Dillon Baker Golf Academy at Elev8 Golf Club. Dillon is dedicated to helping golfers of all abilities improve through a structured, professional coaching system built on proven player-development principles. His instruction emphasizes personalized, one-on-one coaching that begins with a comprehensive assessment of each golfer’s physical movement, technical skill set, and performance needs.

Dillon’s coaching follows a clear Assess → Learn → Develop → Test pathway designed to create measurable, long-term improvement. He integrates on-course instruction with industry-leading technology, including CoachNow and SportsBox AI 3D, providing players with detailed video analysis, ongoing feedback, and performance tracking. Additional tools such as TPI-based training methods and the Tour Putt System allow Dillon to deliver a complete, data-driven development experience.

Shaped by competitive playing experience and professional coaching education, Dillon brings a thoughtful, disciplined approach to instruction—helping golfers build sound fundamentals, improve performance, and develop confidence that translates to the course.

Private Coaching

Dial in your game with private, one-to-one coaching tailored to your goals, schedule, and learning style. Each session combines clear instruction with tour-level technology so you know exactly what to practice. Sessions are 60 minutes. 

Students will have access to CoachNow.

Playing Lesson

Turn practice into on-course results. In a focused 2-hour lesson, we’ll tackle strategy, situations, and mindset—then leave you with a simple post-round plan.

9 Hole Playing Lesson – $200 (2 hours coaching credits)

18 Hole Playing Lesson – $350 (4 hours coaching credits)
